Using the knee compression during my climbing and trekking activities. As someone who loves adventure I often find myself pushing my limits which can lead to discomfort or injury. Recently I tried this knee compression and it's been a game changer. Excellent quality, offer both comfort and durability. Moreover noticeable improvement in my performance. I am finally opening up my new uflex knee brace. It’s been over seven months of use 5-6 days/week. Unknown number of washings - cold water with woolite and air dried. The support seems to have diminished just a bit. The grippy area is gone but it still stays up okay. Very pleased with this product. Will be ordering another one.

Everything about these knee supports work except for the fact that they won't stay up if I walk around a lot. They are okay if I just sit around all day and don't do much moving. I wore the left one when I went shopping and had to stop and pull it back up through the pants that I was wearing. Otherwise, I would have been wearing it around my ankle. Luckily the pants were stretchy. If I had been wearing jeans this would have been impossible. Whatever that stuff is in the inside top of knee support that is supposed to keep it up doesn't work for me. For all other intents and purposes, I love these knee supports. They help relieve the occasional discomfort I have in my knees. I've just learned to leave them at home if I have to do a lot of walking.

I measured my thigh as suggested, 19 1/4 inches, and bought the Medium Size. This was suggested by another customer who was 19 inches and I agree. The Medium is a good fit (maybe a touch tight at first, but I expect it to loosen up a tad after wearing it for a while) and Large would be too loose. When I first put it on, I felt an increased level of knee support and stability. Prior to wearing this sleeve, I had to decend stairs one step at a time.... now I can go up and down with alternate steps! I am pleased with my order and improved mobility! Update: I am so impressed that I just ordered a second one!

Tengo 3 cirugias en mi rodilla y dolores cronicos .La uso para jugar futbol. Buen producto. Nada que ver con las rodilleras economicas. Buen material. Ajusta perfectamente la rodilla y le da un soporte necesario sin sentirse incomoda. Practicamente no la sientes.
